  1. Yes, you can create your account for free. The same applies to the company profile you create.
  2. Everybody older than 18 years old. LinkYourInc focusses on business people who are involved in business opportunities and want to publish and manage these directly by themselves.
  3. No, in LinkYourInc nobody, even your direct contacts, can't look into your network. Especially in highly competitive environments, it is important to keep the confidentiality of your business partners at all times. Our members can feel comfortable and free when contacting any other member they want, at any time, for any reason. Getting in touch with more potential business partners increases your probability for success!
  4. Yes, you can invite everybody to join your network. The special thing about inviting colleagues is that upon registration, they will link themeselves to the company you both work for. When viewing the company profile, you and your colleagues will then appear as company employees.
  5. That depends on your settings: "Everybody" or "Direct contacts". However, LinkYourInc is about increasing the chance for business success, so less restrictions means an increase of the probability to getting to know the correct business partners and closing the business deal successfully. And even if someone may offer the best match at that time, the dynamics of business environments may offer other good business opportunities in the future.
  6. You can block and unblock any member at all times. You won't receive any input from blocked members until you unblock them. You can also remove persons from your network if you wish to do so. If you have any question about these topics, please feel free to contact our LinkYourInc team.
  7. That is very easy. If you are the first person to link your company, just create your company profile after creating your own personal account by filling in the form.
  8. Yes, if you are linked to your company, you will get the permission to update the company profile. We recommend to coordinate this with your marketing department.
  9. Please use your company email address. The domain will be checked by our software to prevent members not working for your company to link themselves. Should you discover that someone has been linked erroneously to your company, please contact us.
  10. Very simple: just go to your account, go to your business profile and change the company. You have to make sure that you change your email address first, otherwise the system won't allow you to link you to your new employer.   11. With a Premium User membership you can start posting offers, events and groups. With a Free User membership you can interact with others members without restriction, but can't post items.
  12. You can upgrade your own account and post premium offers, events in the "upgrade your account" section.
  13. With a premium user membership you can post as much offerst as as you want.
  14. The idea of LinkYourInc is to allow (authorized) emloyees of a company to actively engage in improving the companies results. LinkYourInc offers the tools and appropriate business environment to achieve that.
  15. Premium items enjoy higher click rates and have an improved visibility for your potential customers.   16. The status of premium offers, events and groups, expires after the contracted period has expired. However, your posting will not be removed by the platform. They will just no longer appear in the corresponding sections. Events will expire after they have taken place.
  17. Companies that want to improve visiblity can become Premium companies. You just have to upgrade the status of the company in the "upgrade your account" section.
  18. LYI is available in English, German, Spanish and French. The language you want to communicate with your business partners is of course up to you.
  19. You can create groups to keeping your customers informed about e.g. new product releases, your product development plans, and other relevant information. As a product manager you might create a private group, which will be hidden on the platform. You have to invite your customers to join. Obviously, also other colleagues, e.g. sales people, can join the group to stay informed. Groups also have a forum functionality to support discussions and you or your sales colleagues can post special offers and announce events within the group to target your customers in an efficient and focussed way.
